No, there are no deposit required. Escrow.com will secure your payment.
What about shipping & handling?
Shipping and handling is not included in the purchase price. Because of fluctuating cost of shipping, weight, and destination of the
paintings available with Offshore Art, we can not set a fixed price. Note that Offshore Art only ship the paintings not including the inner
frame. Cost of Shipping will be calculated based on their size, weight and destination. Buyers will be responsible for all the shipping
handling and insuring the purchased painting (Including returned merchandise). Please allow 10 to 20 days for shipping. All paintings
are shipped in a plastic container. Paintings are air mailed via EMS.

Most painting can take up to 1-2 weeks or longer depending on the difficulty and the size of the subject. How ever, Offshore Art may be
over booked, there for we have to ask 4-8 weeks before you receive your order to be on the safe side. If you have a large order,
Offshore Art will notify you via e-mail you provide and recommend the best time frame.

Selecting size for your painting
When selecting a size for your order, be sure you measured your wall or the location where you're considering hanging your painting.
Our recommended size is only to recommend the size we feel is appropriate for that particular painting. However this does not mean
you can not change the size recommended. Offshore has provided size selector box inside the order form which includes price quote
for each size of your choice. These price quoted do not include original paintings by Hua Hin artist. They are for reproduction orders
only. If you need the painting to be larger or smaller than what Offshore art has to offer, please provide it in our Note box provided on
that page.

Some of the samples in our catalog are water color, our artist will recreate most of the paintings in oil unless otherwise request by the

Can I order frames through Offshore art?
Sorry, Offshore art only provide hand made paintings by our local artist. But that is something we're considering. Check back with us
from time to time just in case we will in the future.

Offshore art will be accepting all transaction in the future. How ever we are still under construction and at the moment can only accept

Can you copy photos?
Yes, we can copy any photos or pictures from magazines or any thing you have. Pictures will have to be sent by e-mail with high
resolution at offshoreorder@hotmail.com. Our artist will review the picture and notify you on their decision, along with quote on the price
based on size and the amount of difficulty.

What guaranty do I have that my painting won't

Offshore art can only guaranty the workmanship and quality of the paintings before shipment. We can not guaranty unforeseen event
that may cause damage to the paintings during shipment. However we can repair damages caused during shipping. Buyer will be
