....Born in 1976 he lives and work in Hua Hin. Warapol is a very promising young artist, he does not work on
reproductions, he prefers to work with a clear mind. The interpretation of his work has nothing to do with the
notion one commonly has of Thailand; it is modern and contemporary, almost like a postcard. Splattered colors
of brown, orange, red, yellow silhouettes his subject and gives the painting great expressive force. His theme of
the temple in Bangkok takes us on a stroll into the heart of Thailand. He enjoys working with acrylic getting the
most of its brilliantness and taking advantage of its drying time. On certain occasions he will make an eception
and escape to oil on canvas. Warapol says he is searching for more originality in his work.
