Born in 1967 , Sumrong has tried several techniques but seems to fall back to realism and
impressionism. A graduate of the art institute in Bangkok, he lives and work in his own studio in
Hua Hin. Like most artist here, Sumrong focuses on tourist attraction locations or religious symbol
as his subject. One of Hua Hin's most respected artist when it comes to realism. What separates
him from the others is that he still maintains the aspect of realism while introducing the idea of
modern design to his work. His compositions are easy on the eyes, they seem to reflect the strong
point of his passion for his work. His paintings charms viewer, drawing them into his most intimate
